Made from the fermentation of cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia is renowned for the depth and complexity of its aromas. Depending on the ageing process, it is awarded a Lobster, Silver or Gold Seal (respectively: over 12, 15 and 25 years of maturation). Each category has its own distinctive notes and nuances, capable of elevating any dish and delighting even the most discerning palates.
Balsamic dressings require shorter production times, while still maintaining equally high quality standards. They may be enhanced with spices and aromas, offering a wide variety of flavours.
