Salame nostrano, salame Felino IGP, prosciutto crudo, strolghino, coppa, and more – each one produced complying to the highest quality standards.
We work with farms that respect age-old traditions while ensuring full animal welfare.. The pigs, carefully selected for breed, are raised on balanced, natural diets rich in maize, barley and soy, with the addition of vitamins and minerals. Specialists monitor the stables daily, controlling temperature and environment to reduce animal stress and prevent any disease.
