Organoleptic properties: bright straw yellow with fine perlage. Fresh floral and fruity aromas on the nose evolving into bready, yeasty notes with ageing. On the palate, delicate yet persistent, with an elegant structure and lingering complexity.
Food pairings: perfect as an aperitif or throughout a meal with delicate fish dishes.
