Balsamic dressing

Balsamic dressing, in 100 ml bottles, produced by Acetaia Ovi in Roteglia (Reggio Emilia).
Il Pilastrino is a vinegar aged in barrels of acacia, chestnut, cherry, and mulberry, which give it its distinctive aromas. With a particularly balanced and harmonious flavour, it is perfect with mature cheese, vanilla ice cream, and wild strawberries. It can also be used in cooking, for risotti and omelettes with Parmigiano Reggiano.
