Delicato dell’Acetaia

This balsamic dressing, in 100 ml bottles, from Acetaia Ovi in Roteglia (Reggio Emilia) is slowly matured in wooden barrels (chestnut, cherry, mulberry, and juniper). This process imparts intense aromas and a harmonious acidity. Perfect with wild strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Exceptionally versatile, it can also be used in cooking to enrich a wide range of recipes.
