Our extra-aged Parmigiano Reggianois drier, grainier, and even more crumbly. Rich in intense aroma, it is highly digestible and especially recommended for children and those who are lactose intolerant. It can be enjoyed whole, grated or in shavings, paired with honey or balsamic vinegar.
Each piece of cheese weighs approximately the indicated amount. Vacuum-sealing may cause a natural weight loss of a few grams.
